If you have questions, The FurChin Team will have the answers. The FurChin Team was created in 1995 when we were in a landlord,investor mode. We bought multi-family properties and self-managed as landlords while working in our corporate activities. In 2000, we left the corporate world
and started a 10 year period as developers – we converted multi-family properties to condominiums for the 1st time home buyer market. We worked many of the neighborhoods in the Greater Boston Area as well as Provincetown and surrounding communities. We make sure you feel confident and educated every step of the way.
